If the Poop Fits, Put Your Foot in It
Do you find stepping on dog turd strangely sensual? British artist INSA (that’s his name) has a 10-inch stiletto for you. Inspired by fellow British artist Chris Ofili, who incorporated of elephant dung in his paintings, INSA took a deep breath and a couple of scoops of the fecal matter and fashioned these towering feet candy.
The jury is still out if other shoe architects will follow the trail these elephant poop shoes leave behind (for some reason Manolo Blahnik never returns my calls). But they do seem to meet Lady Gaga’s minimum daily requirement for beads, sequins and bedazzle.
By the way INSA also makes and sells stilettos minus the crap.
